Sinugbang Baboy (Grilled Pork)

INGREDIENTS:
a. 1/2 kilo pork belly
b. 1/2 cup soy sauce
c. 3 to 4 pieces calamansi
d. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
e. 1/2 teaspoon salt
f. 4 cloves garlic (crushed and minched)
g. 1 medium size onion
h. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

 

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine pork belly with soy sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, salt, ground black pepper, onion, and garlic in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Marinate for at least 3 hours.
4. Grill the pork belly while basting the top part of the pork after flipping it over.
5. Transfer to a serving plate.
